I’m so excited to begin working with you! Before we do, kindly read over the relationship success terms below, and submit the form.

What you can expect from me:

  • Integrity — I value being transparent + compassionate. I will do my best to help you out every step of the way on this journey.

  • Communication — you will be kept up to date if anything happens that would prevent me from showing up for you.

  • Confidentiality — anything confidential discussed during our sessions does not leave our sessions. This is a brave space for you to open up and find growth. While I post on social media broadly about the topics that come up during my coaching sessions, I will never name you or make reference to who you are, unless I have your explicit permission to do so. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like on social media about our sessions.

What I expect from you:

  • Transparency — the more you share, the more I can help, but I will always respect your boundaries.

  • Communication — I am here for you, and this is a judgement-free space. Please let me know how you’re feeling.

  • Effort — please take action-items seriously and follow through on commitments we make together, this will make for a more successful mentorship experience.

Communications:

Communication is of the utmost importance in our relationship. All correspondence will take place via email or Telegram. Telegram is a free app that you can download via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. If there will be a time that either of us is unavailable for any reason, that should be communicated and a check-in date established.

Hours of Operation:

My business hours are Monday-Thursday 11am to 6pm EST, and Friday 11am to 3pm EST.
If you send me a note on the weekends (because things happen and I welcome you to do so!), please note that I will typically get back to you on Monday during office hours.
