I aim to work with an intersectional feminist lens that challenges the capitalist, patriarchal, white supremacist ways of working + doing that our minds + bodies have been rooted in thanks to the society and systems we exist in.
My work is deeply influenced by Black + Indigenous feminist theory + teachings, including the words written + spoken by brilliant folks including bell hooks, Maya Angelou, Kimberlé Crenshaw, Tricia Hersey, Audre Lorde, Rachel Ricketts, Mikki Kendall, Robin Wall Kimmerer and many others.
